Who has access to what information?

Your site administrator sets the levels of security access for your staff which determines which information they can access.

How will I know that there have been updates to my site?

You will be contacted by email indicating new information has been added for example, legislation updates.

How will I access my site?

You have an individual URL address, for example www.(yourname).oriwave.com. On entry you will go through a log on process.

What software do I need to run the site?

All you need is access to a web browser from any computer

What happens if I no longer want to subscribe to Oriwave?

Access to you account is by an annual subscription. If you choose to not renew your subscription, your site will be removed. Any personal information relating to your organisation will be returned on request.

What do I have to do to get Oriwave?

Send us an email at Oriwave with your contact details and we will contact you. 

What type of agreement do I have to enter into?

We have a simple licensing agreement which outlines the level of service you can expect from us and which also outlines your obligations in relation to the use of Oriwave.
