Oriwave is a service long overdue, but worth the wait.

Our organisation has recently undertaken a major review of our infrastructural needs due to staffing and operational growth. The introduction of Oriwave in this process has assisted immeasurably in assessment and adjustment/development of operational and human resource policies vital to our legislative compliance and development.

While still in preparation for its wider introduction to management staff, it is anticipated that Oriwave will assist considerably in enabling clarity around responsibilities pertaining to staff management in addition to providing necessary guidance and administrative assistance. The convenience of having a facility that is tailored to the staff and operations of our unique organisation, which is monitored externally to ensure changes in employment legislation are incorporated when and where necessary, will ensure our management staff have the tools to confidently support, manage and develop our staff as required.

It is further expected that having all necessary employment documentation and legislation available in accessible language and packaged together in one facility, will expedite processes for staff allowing them more time and energy to get on with the business at hand.  Oriwave also enables a transparency and consistency in process for all staff which can only be considered an asset in establishing 'best practice' management style and policies.
